A Christmas version of my Compare & Contrast Printables pack, PLUS a card game!
Fun ways to practice the Compare and Contrast comprehension strategy.
*4 passages, 2 versions of each (8 total)
-Version 1- Students cut and paste picture-supported words to complete Venn diagram
-Version 2- Students highlight to compare, color-code pictures to contrast

Same and Different card game
2 activities!
VERSION 1:
Students pile cards face-down. Players turn over 1 card and name one similarity and one difference between the pictured objects. If they can do so, they keep their card. If not, it goes to the bottom of the pile.
VERSION 2 (writing activity):
Students pick a card, use the blank compare and contrast sheet to draw their objects, and write similarities and differences.
