Description
Build words with onset and rime pocket dice cards! These make a great phonics center and can be used in different ways.
- Place onset cards in one die and rime cards in another. Have kids roll both and identify whether it makes a real or nonsense word. Recording sheet is included for writing down.
- If you don’t have pocket dice, you can just use your pocket chart! Place the cards in 2 columns and have kids match them up to build words.
Makes a great, reusable center- just switch out the cards!
Includes an “I Can” sign with picture directions.
